ghost hunting

Think the stories are just stories? Come find out for yourself.

Join us for a guided ghost hunt inside one of Salem’s oldest buildings - an atmospheric 125-year-old basement with a long, unsettling history. Using real paranormal investigation equipment like EMF detectors, spirit boxes, REM Pods, and EVP recorders, you’ll explore the space with our experienced team as we attempt to make contact with whatever may still be lingering in the dark.

These hunts aren’t scripted. They’re raw, unpredictable, and often surprising. We’ll share past activity we’ve encountered, teach you how to use the tools of the trade, and then open the floor - literally - for you to experience it firsthand.

Whether you're a seasoned ghost hunter or a curious skeptic, this is your chance to step beyond the stories and into the silence, static, and shadows.

Space is extremely limited. Advance registration is required.

Our tours are written and curated by local event producer Chelsea Serpas, owner of Murders Incorporated (Murder Mystery Parties). Each stop on the tour is rooted in historical evidence, drawn from archived newspapers and local history books. The ghost stories are inspired by documented lore, long-standing legends, and first-hand accounts from the community.

Due to the nature of the setting and subject matter, participants must be 13+ unless otherwise noted. While we welcome curious teens and families, please note that ghost hunts can be intense and unsettling—especially for younger guests. We encourage parental discretion when registering minors.

Because we are investigating in real time, we cannot control what may come through during a session. Spirit responses have, on occasion, included adult language, sensitive topics, or offensive terms. Please come prepared for the possibility of mature or uncomfortable content.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no pets are allowed during ghost hunts due to the confined space, sensitive equipment, and unpredictable nature of the experience. This, of course, does not apply to service animals.

Absolutely - just no flash photography as to not blind other guests in the dark setting. And if you capture a ghost, send it to us!

Please contact us directly for groups larger than 8 so that we can make sure we can fit you all together! We are also available to host private tours for birthdays or other events.
