Using real paranormal investigation equipment such as EMF detectors, spirit boxes, REM Pods, and EVP recorders, you’ll learn the tools of the trade before stepping into an active investigation. Our guides will share documented past activity, walk you through investigation techniques, and then turn the experience over to you.
Ghost hunts are not scripted and can often be unpredictable. No two hunts are ever the same.

What is the recommended Group size?
We recommend up to 15 max to keep the groups intimate and involved. Additional guides are available for larger groups.
how long are the hunts?
Hunts last approximately 60 minutes depending on how active the spirits feel & group participation.
What exactly is a ghost hunt?
A ghost hunt is a real-time paranormal investigation using professional equipment to attempt communication with spirits. It’s not a performance or a haunted house - it’s a chance to explore a known active location with guidance from experienced investigators.
What should I wear?
This will vary by venue but we always suggest dressing comfy and warm in case we end up in a basement (which often happens)
What kind of equipment will we use?
We us tools like the SpiritChat, EMF detectors, spirit boxes, REM Pods, EVP recorders, Cat Balls, and more. You’ll learn how to use them through observation. We will have a limited amount of EMF rentals available and you're also welcome to bring your own equipment, but please check with the tour guide prior to powering them on.
is the tour kid-friendly?
Due to the nature of the setting and subject matter, participants must be 13+ unless otherwise noted. While we welcome curious teens and families, please note that ghost hunts can be intense and unsettling - especially for younger guests. We encourage parental discretion when registering minors.
Because we are investigating in real time, we cannot control what may come through during a session. Spirit responses have, on occasion, included adult language, sensitive topics, or offensive terms. Please come prepared for the possibility of mature or uncomfortable content.
Can I bring my dog?
No pets are allowed during ghost hunts due to the confined space, sensitive equipment, and unpredictable nature of the experience. This, of course, does not apply to service animals.
Can we take photos and videos?
Absolutely - just no flash photography as to not blind other guests in the dark setting. And if you capture a ghost, send it to us!
